Hi Kent, my seven year old has been going throught the same thing. He had a massive growth spurt and his penis is enlarged. We have upped his dose and started giving then three doses instead of three hoping the meds would stay in his body in a more regular fashion. We also did a bone age, which shows 11 years. He has always been pretty close (mostly below) his own age, so this really surprised us! We have doctor visits at least every six months usually more often. I wish we could antisipate these sudden changes! I will let you know how the three times and higher dose work out. The doc said our next step would be Prednisone. Good luck
