What a coincidence to find this message posted today. I was just looking for my letter this afternoon and can't find mine either. I'm fortunate, though, that the ER staff where we go was always pretty good about listening to what I said and they'd also call my daugher's endo. for further instructions. Still, I do have to get another copy of the ER letter.
