Hi, Yes, Upjohn finally sent the information on the hydrocortisone bottle sample I sent back to them. They said the bottle's drug concentration was within range, but they have not gotten back to me on what the white sediment in the bottom of the bottle was. I am still waiting for an answer as to if it is drug or some inert product they use to suspend the medication. Sorry it has taken so long to write an update on this board. I spoke to quite a few parents at the MAGIC convention about this subject a few weeks ago. I'll let you know more as I find out. However, once I started requiring the pharmacy we use to dispense the Cortef in its original container we have not had a problem. We do have sediment on the bottom of some of the containers, but we shake the dickens out of it until it is all re-suspended.
