From what I've read, most who have CAH have physical manifestations, but when the missing enzyme is 3 Beta Hydrogenase there are none. No congenital malformation of the sex organs and no excess hairiness. However, the moodswings, elevated androgens/testosterone and other manifestations are there. If anyone knows more about this, please let me know.
