Re: Another board

I agree that I have benefitted from what parents have had to say about their children. I don't want the adults all by themsleves but we have some different issues. I do think after reading the board that it's very interesting that so many of the females with classical or nonclassical CAH have the same problems. I being nonclassical didn't realize that they too suffered so much of the same issues. I realize we didn't have problem at birth but we seems to catch in all but one area. I think I have spent so much time researching one that I don't know that much about the other. I have found that true of so many with our disorder. I think the children can benefit from the adults and it makes parents feel better to know that we have survived and thrived. I read the board about children because my son needs to be tested for the gene and all I can get at this time is a bone growth because the insurance isn't concerned about him. I'm fighting that. I realize the bone growth should tell me if he has it. I know he is at least a carrier from me and dad does not carrier the gene so his chances are very slight, but as a parent I would feel better. What can we do to make everyone feel like they have a home? God bless everyone.
