If your daughter had nonclassical or late onset which are one in the same her testing will show that her levels of cortisol will rise with the test but having high levels on their own is not a case for CAH. We don't produce enough of cortisol because of defect in the production. We thus produce more of everything else to try and catch up. The facial hair and acne are signs, but so is normal shortness meaning she grew fast and stopped early, early puberty like 8 or 9 sometimes earlier, sometimes later, facial hair, acne, sometimes male pattern baldness, body hair like on the chest, back heavy on arms. The problem is so many of us have some of these but not all of them. Because of the lack of cortisol we don't handle stress well and our hormones and such get out of whack. We take the cortizone to balance us out, but many take nothing and do fine. Nonclassical is not as serious as classical and we live very normal lives CAH in any form is controllable. Just make sure you get a good Dr who know what is what and can help her.
