We have recently changed health insurance companies, and although our new health insurance said that with a referral we could stay with our current endo in Oakland,now they are denying our request for a visit with our endo. They said we must now chose a doctor at UCSF/Stanford. We are scared to change as we are very comfortable with our endo. Does anyone out there have any experience with the docs at UCSF and who would you reccomend? Right now we are in the process of appealing their decision, but in the mean time my son is due for his lab work and check up. He is ten months old and usually sees the doctor every three months. I would appreciate anyone's advice.
