Jodi-re. to your question: "Can a child outgrow the need to treatment?"...not as far as I know. Their medications & dosages will change periodically, but they will always need them. CAH is lifelong (unless researchers find some way to "cure" it) In the mean time, your son will need regular tests (ie: blood work, bone-age x-rays, etc.) to keep check of his levels & determine a need to change his meds. re. to your question: "Are there any children with Autism & CAH in this group?"...my son does is not Autistic, but he is Dyslexic.
