Hi Kay, I have a 1 year old boy with salt wasting CAH, on occasion his blood pressure has been high, and what they have done is lowered his Florinef which seems to be what causes the high blood pressure. He takes 1/2 a pill a day, and since the change in the medication his blood pressure has been normal. So you may want to ask the endo, if maybe it is too much Florinef. Hope this helps. Kym
