Please listen my terrible experience.I live in Jinan ,shandong province,PRC. My frist boy died in 12/26/1997 after born 22 days without finding out real reason.How big hit on me and my family it is! My daughter were born on 4/14 1999,We spend 3 months,4 times(66 days) stayed at hospital (very famous in our city) on diagnosising baby'sC.A.H. (21Hydroxylase,salt-wasting).there are over one hundred injection on my baby's head!Her weight add only 0.5Kg within 3 months.She became very sick,lung disases happened twice.For lacking cortisol she had been cried day and night,vomited serverly and couldn't go to sleep.SO horrible that days were.Every day my husband went to hospital to go to see doctor one by one. Many doctor persuaded us to give up her.We don't. she eat cortisol from July 15 to August 28,Weight add from 3,8Kg to 4.9Kg.Altough there are over 2 millions population in our city,special doctor on kid is few.We hope to bring her to bigger city to cure by train when she become stronger.Please help me. help a chinese little girl,she is 5 months old,very beauty and intelligent.If you have any advice or you have the same experience ,please give me some guide.Our question is below: 1.If baby get low fever(temperature 37.2-37.7c),catch a cold,lung disease. Would you add Hydrocortisonum Acetas(cortisol) dose,how much per time or how? 2.If eat cortisol,which formula will be used to caclulate cortisol dose=2*skin surface*15mg or skin suface*15mg. 3.Which is better? skin suface=0.0035*?Kg+0.1 or skin suface=(4*?Kg+7)/(90+?Kg) 4.When give medicine better? a.1/2(8.00am) 1/4(4.00pm) 1/4(8.00pm) b.2/3(8.00am) 1/3(4.00pm) 5.Do you have any simple way to oberseve cortisol doses matched baby, if it's difficult to do bloodwork on my daughter.
