I'm not sure if you are on dexamethasone for CAH, but once I was diagnosed with non-classic CAH and given dexamethasone to help with cortisol production, I started having periods and ovulating. I had never done that on my own without being on the pill. I haven't conceived yet, but I am trying now that I have cycles. I have also heard of some people using the fertility drug clomid along with dexamthasone to assist in ovulation. I used clomid alone before my CAH diagnosis (w/o dexamethasone), and it didn't do anything for me. Good luck! Michelle
