To Donna Shaw: I saw your message on the cah message board. I am glad your son was finally diagnosed and is doing well. I want you to know, that after time goes by and you get used to handling your son's CAH, you will begin to think of it as a condition and not an illness. Hopefully, with the proper dosage of his medicines and good medical supervision, you won't have any more problems with your son's health than a normal, healthy baby has. But you do need to be aware of the symptoms that require doubling/tripling of his cortef. I wish you and your family much luck, and your son much health and happiness.
