I, unfortunately, do not have the ability to email these sheets. I got it from our daughter's endo. It is simply titled "Health Facts For You" guidelines for the child who is "cortisol dependent" it was put together by University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. I'd be more than happy to send via regular mail though.
