My daughter, now 17, was put on a daily dosage of Ketoconazole (Nizoral)up to 400mg twice daily for this reason at the age of 6 years. She is 5 ft 3in tall, has very little body or facial hair, no acne and is a very beautiful young lady. She had regular liver function tests and had no bad effects whatever. She was taken off this medication a month ago as she is now fully grown and she will no longer benefit from it. She now only takes Prednisolone, Florinef and salt tablets. I believe Ketoconazole is not widely in use for this treatment but in Jo's case it worked extremely well. Lesley
