Try calling the Diabetes Institute in Norfolk...they may be able to provide some information to you. I was treated for my CAH there over the course of many years before moving and I believe they have some sort of educational outreach that may help you. I am sorry I do not have their phone number, but they are a part of the Eastern Virginia Medical School if that helps to find it. Good Luck.
