Re: Bone age x-rays

I had a similar experience with my 6 year old son. We have had the same endo from Akron Children's Hosp. since Cody was diagnosed up until last summer. I had voiced concerns to the doctor regarding Cody's accelerated growth rate for a year with him refusing to change hisdosage of Cortef. In July of 98 we did a bone age to find that over that last year his bone age had advanced 5 years. At the age of 6 his bone age was 11.2. We were furious and found another doctor in the Cleveland area, but you always wonder if the doctor is managing things appropriately.
