Too little cortef could lead to advanced bone age. It is not supressing the androgens enough. As to what they would do......I think it depends on the doctor. As a parent of a patient, I would expect that the meds would be altered somehow. But my guess is, if bone age is advancing, the blood test results are probably off too.
