Thanks for your responses Karen and Gail but I'm really interested in a reply from someone who has experience of a change from hydrocortisone to prednisolone as my son was having no mood problems with hydrocortisone. He was changed because he'd had a growth spurt and his levels were out. Since the change 2 months ago we have noticed he's moodier, particularly when it comes to dealing with friends and his sister and especially if he can't get his own way. We've just heard, 3 days ago, from our endo that his profile (salivary) is much better and we have just reduced his morning dose as a consequence of this. So please if anyone has experience of this please let me know as its reallyunlike my son to be so moody.
