Everywhere my child is, there is solu-cortef and someone who knows how to give the injection. A child could break a bone and need it immediately. Our doctors say within 30 minutes something needs to be done. It was hard for my husband to get used to taking it every time he took my daughter anywhere, but between my daughter, who is 6 and myself we always remind him. Now it is just like getting your purse or the keys to the car. This is extremely important...Good Luck
