Hi Lee, I have a ziplock bag in my purse filled with the needle, cotton ball, solu-cortef and a bandaide. We also have a little back pack that my daughter takes with her when she goes with my husband on the quad or horseback riding. We have these little kits in several places. It's just a habit to always think solu-cortef when we leave the house. Hope this helps. Good Luck, Linda
