My son also complained of leg pain around the age of 6 or seven, if I remember correctly, until the age of 9. I remeber him crying it hurt him so bad. I would rub them or put muscle rub on them, or just give him a tylenol or pain medication. Grant it that only took it away temperarily. I mentioned that to his doctors at the time and I think they said it was growing pains. He also had bouts of neck pain which I was also concerned about. They have since subsided in the last 6 months to a year. Memory is fuzzy.
