I don't have much to add except that my 2 1/2 year old daughter is much the same. She will have an emotional breakdown if someone looks at her when she doesn't want them to, and 5 minutes later she will be alright. Seems like more than just the terrible two's. I have many friends with children, girls, the same age and they do not have samke problem. Although all children are different, if you have ever read the possible side effects listed in the Cortef package insert, it seems plausible that it is medicine related.
