I have a couple questions. My son has clammy (sweaty) hands and feet, and has been crying this higher pitched cry than normal. We went to the E/R Friday, since he wasn't eating between his 8:30 a.m. cereal and 4:00 p.m. dinner (he is nine months old), but the Dr. felt we were giving him enough food and fluid, and that, only a slightly depressed fontenal, and constipation, were to blame. His Florinef was decreased from 2 mg daily to 1.5 mg daily on 9/8, and now his endo called. His 17-OHP level is 983; they like to see it in the 200 range, so she is increasing his Cortef from a total of 3.5 ml daily, to 4 ml daily. Can any or all of these things be related? Also, on the way to the hospital, he had this blank stare, which he has been having off and on, that I can only rouse him from by tickling his feet. I am nervous, especially after reading the "crashes" stories. If anyone has any input, I would welcome it. Thanks.Jennifer C
