We have a 10 1/2 month old son with classical salt-wasting CAH. He has had diarrhea for three days now. Today it was severe diarrhea. He had such runny diarrhea that it broke through pamper diapers 8 times. When we called our endo, he said there is nothing to do but make sure that he drinks lots of fluid as replacement. Does anyone know if some endo's believe in stress dosing for diarrhea?
