My CAH son never had a problem with diarrhea, but if he did I would probably stress dose. My non-CAH son did have a problem a while back with diarrhea w/o fever, I gave him plenty of fluid (staying away from fruit juices), he also was on a formula that helps stop diarrhea, and since he was eating solids he was on the B.R.A.T. diet. I finally figured out that the problem was most likely caused by him playing with & chewing on the wipes container each time I changed him...he was probably swallowing a very small amount of the soapy stuff from the wipes. He still occasionally gets the diarrhea for one or two days w/o fever and for no apparent reason. I hope you find your answer soon. Good Luck.
