I have a daughter so I guess I never really noticed before that not much is said about male fertility. I could be wrong, but I would assume it isn't an issue for them so much as it is for the females because their sexual development (during the pregnancy) is not affected in the same way. They're o.k. with the extra testosterone, they don't require you to take meds during pregnancy, they don't require reconstructive surgery. But with three sons (all affected?) I can see why you'd be concerned. I hope there are other responses, I'd be interested in hearing what others might know about this issue.laurie
