Hi. One of my first questions when I found out that my son had CAH was if he could have children. My endo told me that it was 50/50, but if his meds and levels were controlled that he shouldn't have a problem having children. I really can't answer anything positive as he is only 3 years old. I have read that this shouldn't affect the males.
