My husband is 28 and has CAH. Yes there can be fertility problems. We are experiencing them right now. At this point in time it is thought to be caused from an improper dosage of meds that wreaked havoc on his hormones. We have been told this condition should "hypothetically" be reversible, but there is no guarantee. We won't know for another few months... (when his levels will be back to normal).
