I believe that the sunken head you refer to is what some call the soft spot on the head. I don't know for sure if that means dehydration, but I know it is not good to have it sunken in. I think that if your were able to get some florinef, you would find that your baby's health would improve. Without the florinef, her body cannot retain the salt you are giving her. That might explain why her urine looks different and why she has loose bowel movements. I am not saying to stop giving her the salt....but it is not retained like it should. Most of the people here have dissolved medications in baby formula, breast milk, or water. I think it is okay to do that. Solucortef is the hydrocortisone in a form ready to be injected my a needle into the body. This is used when the person cannot take the medication by mouth or when they are having adrenal crisis.
