I am a 35 y/o female with CAH salt-losing and religiously get a flu shot every year. I find that even if I do get ill, the severity of symptons and length of sick time are considerably less than what I had experienced in years without a flu shot. Since I am employed in a business that involves a lot of phone/equipment sharing, bugs usually spread like wildfire. Even with the decreased immune issues of CAH, I often see my co-workers get ill much more frequently.
