My son went through similar problems as an infant. He was hospitalized 5 times the first year for dehydration. He wouldn't take a full 8 oz bottle until he was 1 year old. We gave him lots of gatorade and pretty much walked around with a bottle of it all day long giving him a sip here and a sip there. Normally I had to allow at least 45 minutes to feed him his food and bottle. Are you giving his the bottle first before baby food? That helped us.
