My husband and I both got shots, about a week and a half ago; I got the flu two days ago, but not as severe (you know it takes two weeks to become effective) Our daughter, 2 3/4, got her first one (they need a booster in a month) and CAH son (10 months) is going to get his, as soon as he is over this ear infection. It does seem he gets alot of ear infections! He will need to see an ENT to check his hearing in three weeks. But, once the family is covered, the exposure is lessened, at least directly.
