Debra, Thank you for sharing that information with us. My daughter had surgery at 8 months old and I never regretted the decision to have it done. It was also my belief that she would not have sexual problems... as you said, there's much more on the inside, so I would think this would intensify (not minimize) any stimulation. I also agree that it would be awkward to be a female with a penis. My daughter was quite masculanized, so it would have been a very difficult situation for her. Just this week she had swimming instruction at school. Imagine her trying to change in secret so that nobody could see... as if a girls bathing suit would have hid that anyway. I'm glad the surgery was done, and I'm glad to hear from somebody who's also been through this and can relay the sexual information that I've wondered about.
