My understanding of the pubic hair is that if the Testosterone isin't being suppresed enough they could start growing pubic hair. My 14 month old, the last time he was seen by the endo had one pubic hair. When his blood work came back, indeed, the testosterone was too high. So they increased the Cortef and since he dosen't have any new pubic hairs. Hope this helps. Kym
