Please contact your Endo and get his/her input on this subject. I'm surprised it wasn't metion when she was diagnosed. We stress dose my son for fever and before immunizations with our pediatrician. A stress dose for us is to double the cortef until fever is gone. Stress dosing for immunizations is at bedtime the day before and the three doses the day of the immunization. Has worked for us, but check with your endo.
