We have been told in the past by our Endo to get it. We haven't until this year because it seems that children with CAH get poked and prodded so much anyway, why add another shot when so many medical professionals doubt its effectiveness? But it seems last winter, our 2 year old was sick all season (all summer too, come to think of it). So this year we decided to get it. I hear that "Flu-mist" if it ever comes out, is much more effective against a broad spectrum of viruses. But haven't heard much from it lately.
