I have never heard of this. I have heard however, that we might need to be more concerned about calcium intake so that when they are adults, that their bones are not more brittle. I don't recall which med it is, but I beleive one of them can cause calcium depletion. But I also recall that this was linked with adults who were more than likely not managed as well growing up and may have taken more than they needed to have taken. I am not up on my reading, I am afraid. My daughter is playing soccer now and BOY can I attest to the fact that it can get rough!! I am sure it was not CAH related.
