Hi Nick and Tricia, I hope everything is going well for you. The first couple of months are a bit hazy, but it does get easier. The stress dose would be of the Cortef only, the other meds remain the same. Once you get to know your daughter well, you will be able to tell how she is feeling. The most important part at this point being an infant is monitoring for fever. If she were to have a fever that is when you would want to stress dose her. What I have always been told to do, when my son has a fever is triple his dose every 6 hours around the clock, till the fever has been gone for 24 hours. I hope this helps. Kym P.
