Well my 15 month old CAH son has slept with me since birth. I feel more comfortable with him next to me. I think that the "Family Bed" is up to each individual family. I do not believe that crying is a stress dose situation, so I've been told. Regarding learning to give the injection, YES, you should definitly know how to give the injection, in time of an emergency,time is of the essence. Regarding the Endo not knowing if he is a salt waster or not? Have they done a blood test to determine that? That is what needs to be done. Also usually when diagnosed as an infant chances are they are salt wasters. Kym P.
