Instead of testing the parents I am wondering why they have just not DNA tested your step-daughter so they can make a conclusive diagnosis. If she is found to have CAH from DNA testing then you would know that both parents are at least carriers and that both gave her the mutated gene. That would be alot easier then testing them. Then if you wanted to go further as far as yourself and your husband you could. The DNA testing should make a conclusive diagnosis as to whether or not your step-daughter has CAH. Kriskris
