I live in Ottawa, Canada and I just received a prescription for hydrocortisone in 5mg tablets. I am quite lucky I guess because I receive it at the hospital pharmacy (I live close to it) as I did the liquid form of cortisone. When I inquired about the tablet form with my daughter's endo, there was never any discussion about the unavailability of it in Canada. Her endo works at the hospital (CHEO though. I did start giving it to her last night and she vomitted it right up. Apparently it tastes awful! I had to eventually give her the liquid form and we tried again this moring. So far so good but I will have to be a bit more creative with them than I am with the florinef tablets.
