Hi, I have three children, two of whom have salt-wasting CAH. My daughter is 8 and my son is 5. They were diagnosed at three days old and have been well managed. We have had our share of hospital stays due to vomiting, dehydration...We have also had our share of acute crisis due to injury, broken bones, falls...All in all I think we have been pretty lucky when I read of others situations. So go ahead and drop the bomb on me. What do I have to look forward to as they get older? What complications?...Please share whatever you think will help me be better prepared. Thanks in advance.
