There seems to be discrepancy among the endos about the issue of "that the blood needs to be drawn in the early morning, before the morning dose of cortef is given." Some endos follow this, while others just test anytime. Can someone provide more information on the time that the blood must be withdrawn? Also, since so many endos state it should be taken in the morning like that, does anyone know "HOW MUCH" the levels could differ if the test is taken in the afternoon, like around noon?
