Get her to the endo immediately! Her meds could be off. You could also be looking at precocious puberty which is a condition often secondary to CAH. If it precocious puberty you want to keep that under control for obvious reasons as well as for growth. If her meds are off, well you know the problems that can cause. I would get it checked immediately.
