different endos in different areas of the u.s. seem to all have different theories. our grandson is on one (1) 10mg each morning, but also takes 2 sodium tablets in the am and 2 in the pm along with his 1 hydrocordisol in the am and 1/2 in the pm. his blood levels have been ok. do your salt-wasting children (he is 6) take sodium tablets also. they has never been any discussion about his blood pressure being elevated, but i notice sometimes out of the blue his ears turn blood red for a few minutes and have often wondered if his blood pressure is high when this happens. i guess every child with cah handles all their medications differently.nannie
