Sorry I don't understand. Your daughter must either be a carrier or not, there shouldn't be any 'borderline'. If she is a carrier then this doesn't mean she is going to develop CAH. A carrier does not need to be on any medication. She will lead a perfectly normal life and being a carrier should only become a concern when she wants to become pregnant herself, and at that stage her partner should be tested because he must also be a carrier for the possibility of their child being born with CAH. I have a child with CAH, so therefore I am a carrier and also my husband, but neither of us have any of the symptoms of CAH, nor has anyone else in our families. In fact we didn't know we were carriers until our child was born with CAH. Why were your children tested as carriers? I thought this could only be done through genetic mapping and testing. Best of luck with your children.
