In my experience, I would tend to side with Jenni. Your daughter might well be a carrier, as carriers often show SLIGHT signs of having CAH. But not that they would ever know. Question: Are they identical twins? If so, I fail to see how one could have one genetic defect while the other one didn't. If the other one is good, I wouldn't worry.
