There are many different signs, some are early puberty ie: pubic hair early, period early, under arm hair early (like around 7 to 9 years) tall for age than stops growing, acne, facial hair around 10 to 12 years or so. Some of these signs show up early, some like facial hair can show up later. I had many female problems like a period for 3 months at 10. I was 5'3" at 9 and never grew again.
