We have two CAH children. Linda took Dexamethazone with out third son until the amnio showed he didn't have CAH and all the way with Ginny. In fact Linda recently became pregnant and miscarried and went on it again as soon as the pregnancy was confirmed. I don't remember her complaining much about side effects. We decided that CAH is an inconvenience that can be handled and is not a reason to not have more children. Unfortunately some busybody didn't agree and called in a false report on us with the DHS after Ginny was born, claiming that the doctor had told us to not have any more children, among many other ludicrous claims. Our doctor has always supported our decision to have more children. What was shocking is that the idiots at the DHS actually thought that a doctor had the legal right to tell a person not to have children.
