Welcome. My 3 year old is a salt waster, but has never had blood pressure problems. This is not to say that someone else hasn't. My endo is an hour away and my pediatrician has never treated anyone with it, either, but he is learning. I gave Tylenol to my son before his shots and never really had a problem with them. He just had his chickenpox vaccine a few months ago and there was no problem with that, either. It is overwhelming at first, but eventually you will become familiar with your child enough to know when he may need his stress doses. We are all still learning about this disorder.
